BACKYARD BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Do you have someone special you want to do something special for? A friend, co-worker,

family member, loved one or whoever it may be –everyone deserves a special birthday

celebration. Instead of having the same old open gifts, out to dinner routine try something a

little more different, a lot more fabulous!

An amazing client of ours surprised his wife with the classiest, most beautiful birthday

celebration a husband could ever give their wife. The laughs coming from each client, the smell

of delicious food breezing through the air & the look of happiness on everyone’s faces is what

Fabulous Foods is known for. Not only was this farm to table dinner party outside but it was

placed under a beautiful tent with cherry wood floors so the party could roam freely without

worry of the grass (mostly for the woman’s heels – all women know heels & grass do not

match!) or weather interrupting their wonderful night.

Some may ask, what goes in to creating a party like this? Creating a celebration from scratch is

the best part. The flooring and the lighting all around the tent gave the party the exact

atmosphere that was needed to make it feel extra special. Ever walk around a backyard party

and you feel completely lost because you can’t see a thing in site or the lighting is just way too

bright? The lighting that we add in the tent along with small lighting around the yard adds the

perfect dim lighting for the set mood. Always keep the lighting with the mood of the party.

Next are the event rentals from the bar style to the plating on the dinner table. For this party

our color scheme was gold and cherry wood. The cherry wood came through with the flooring,

table, chairs & bar. The gold came through on the cake decorations, plating, utensils & some

gold on the beautiful white flowers we placed in the middle of the dinner table. A tip to keep in

mind is when you have one long dinner table keep the flowers small going down the middle of

the entire table so that your guest can see each other without peeping through the flowers!

Working with our clients to perfect every tiny detail of their party & creating a perfect theme to

fit their vision is ideal for our event planners to be able to make that vision come to life. Then

moving on to the food is what ties every detail together. Presenting the perfect menu where

the food is presented on beautiful plates & displays that fit the theme of the party just adds

that finishing touch.
