SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY
Technology, science, and medicine evolve. We are on top of it all so you get the most dynamic sports physical therapy that currently exists.
You can count on us for getting you back from injury in record time.

Sports Performance
Work with our sports and exercise specialists to help prevent injuries, recognize, manage and treat them should they occur, and rehabilitate back to full fitness. Not only will we get you back in the game, we’ll send you back with a gained edge over the competition.

ACL Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation
Did you know that over 70% of all ACL knee injuries are non-contact injuries that could have been prevented? Most ACL injuries are caused by subtle deficits in form. By re-training and correcting faulty movement patterns, in addition to physical therapy for any existing injuries, our Doctors of Physical Therapy can greatly reduce your risk of injury or re-injury.
Concussion Rehabilitation
Concussion Management and Rehabilitation is the only program of its kind in New Jersey. Even after headaches go away, most patients still have trouble in physical and cognitive processing. Physiologic Post-Concussion Disorder is very common and easily missed. Our Concussion Rehabilitation program helps our athletes, as well as those who have experienced concussions from falls or accidents, return to their sports and favorite activities using safe, research-driven methods.

Functional Movement Screens
The FMS is “a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function,” and it allows our Doctors to fully assess whether there are any underlying limitations or asymmetries in your body’s movements. Our team has used this tool with professional, collegiate, and local sports teams and athletes, to identify all areas of imbalance or weakness, and build a sport- or activity-specific program focused on injury prevention.

Personal Training
Our board certified Doctors of Physical Therapy will work with you one on one to meet your personal wellness goals. Supplementing your regular training with personal training can be invaluable to your health and personal success.
