MEDICARE 2021 CHANGES

We participate with Medicare and Railroad Medicare.
Medicare Deductible 2021: The Medicare Part B deductible for 2021 is $203.00.
The Physical Therapy Cap for 2021 is $2,110.00.
With medical necessity, this cap can be exceeded if your referring physician and doctor of physical therapy feel it is necessary.

New Jersey Center of Physical Therapy is an OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER with all other private insurance carriers.

What this means to you:

We will contact your carrier, verify your insurance benefits and coverage, and discuss your financial responsibility (deductible, copayment, and coinsurance) with you prior to treatment.
Upon request, we will provide a written estimate of the anticipated treatment costs, including the CPT codes and the amount or estimated amount that we will bill. Contact your insurance carrier for further consultation on these costs.
We will file claims on your behalf to your insurance carrier, ensure your claims are processed timely and accurately and collect the amount deemed your responsibility by your insurance plan.
We understand and appreciate the financial burdens that accompany illness or injury. We will evaluate the needs of every patient regardless of financial means. You may ask for consideration under the federal safe harbor provision guidelines.
